Hak asasi manusia dan keadilan sosial dalam kehidupan masyarakat indonesia
Abstract
Human Rights and social justice are important elements in the life of Indonesian society. Both are closely connected because the protection of human rights aims to create a fair, peaceful, and prosperous life for all citizens. This study discusses the implementation of human rights in Indonesia and its relationship with social justice as reflected in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The writing method used in this study is a qualitative approach through library research by examining books, academic journals, laws, and data from related institutions. The discussion shows that the application of human rights in Indonesia still faces many challenges, including social inequality, discrimination, poverty, unequal access to education, and limited legal protection for certain groups in society. These conditions indicate that social justice has not been fully achieved equally among the people. Therefore, the government, legal institutions, and society have an important role in protecting and enforcing human rights to create a more balanced and fair social life. Cooperation between the state and the community is needed to strengthen respect for human rights and improve social justice in Indonesia.
