Abstract

The Palestine-Israel conflict is a protracted international conflict with a broad impact on the stability of the Middle East region and world peace. Indonesia, as a country that adheres to an independent and active foreign policy, has consistently demonstrated its support for the Palestinian struggle for independence. This study aims to analyze Indonesia's role in resolving the Palestine-Israel conflict through diplomacy, humanitarian aid, and participation in international forums. The research method used is a normative juridical method with a conceptual approach and a legislative approach. The results show that Indonesia plays a strategic role through diplomatic support in international forums, providing humanitarian aid, and strengthening international solidarity with Palestine. This role is an implementation of the mandate of the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution, which emphasizes that colonialism in the world must be abolished because it is inconsistent with humanity and justice. However, Indonesia's efforts still face challenges in the form of the complexity of international geopolitics and limited direct influence on both parties to the conflict.
