Abstract

English abstract. Islamic education management plays a crucial role in helping achieve educational goals effectively and with quality. In Islamic education, students are not only guided to increase their knowledge but also guided to develop character and morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. Therefore, structured management is necessary to ensure the entire educational process runs smoothly and optimally. This article aims to understand the definition of Islamic education management, explain the scope of Islamic education management, and examine its implementation in educational institutions. The method used to write this article is a literature review, compiling various relevant sources on Islamic education management. The results of the discussion indicate that Islamic education management encompasses the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of all aspects of education. The scope of Islamic education management encompasses the management of students and teaching staff, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, and educational financing. The implementation of Islamic education management in schools is implemented through the implementation of management functions that also encompass Islamic values, such as amanah, honesty, and justice. With sound management, Islamic educational institutions are expected to produce students with good and noble knowledge, beliefs, and morals
