Mental health is an important issue in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), which require a balance between academic, social, and spiritual aspects of students (santri). This study aims to analyze the mental health mentoring model for santri through the Qalbiyah Clinic approach, which involves the role of Kyai and Asatidz as spiritual mentors. This approach is considered important in strengthening students’ psychological resilience by integrating Islamic values into mental health support. The method used in this research is a literature review by examining various relevant scientific journals related to santri mental health, Islamic counseling, and spiritual approaches in pesantren education. Data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively by focusing on patterns of spiritual-based mentoring applied in pesantren environments. The results show that the Qalbiyah Clinic model is effective in improving santri mental resilience because it provides mentoring services based on tazkiyatun nafs (spiritual purification practices). In addition, Kyai and Asatidz play a strategic role as spiritual counselors who not only provide religious guidance but also emotional support for santri. This approach creates a balance between spiritual and psychological well-being. Therefore, the Qalbiyah Clinic model can be considered an effective Islamic counseling approach to enhance mental health in Islamic boarding schools.
