The infancy phase is the most crucial period as it lays the initial foundation for all aspects of growth, both physically and psychologically. This article aims to examine the tangible impacts of physical and emotional development on infants' growth and development readiness. Utilizing a literature review method, this paper analyzes various relevant theoretical frameworks. The findings indicate that the accelerative physical growth in infants directly influences the optimization of both gross and fine motor skills. Additionally, infants' emotional dynamics contribute significantly to training how they identify, express, and manage feelings, which ultimately leads to survival capacity and social closeness. The alignment between physical fitness and emotional stability from an early age is proven to be pivotal in building the capital for children's future learning readiness. Based on these findings, parents and caregivers are urged to consistently provide balanced stimulation, affection, and guidance to foster children's holistic intelligence.
