Implementasi budaya sekolah dalam membangun karakter disiplin, religius, dan prestasi siswa di SDN Merjosari 2

This study aims to analyze the implementation of school culture in building disciplinary character, religious character, and student achievement at SDN Merjosari 2. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, curriculum vice principal, and homeroom teacher. The results showed that the implementation of school culture was carried out through the 5S culture (Smile, Greeting, Greet, Polite, Courteous), religious culture (prayer, reciting the Qur'an, congregational prayers), literacy, and patriotism. Implementation strategies included integrating culture into the curriculum, scheduled routine activities, and teacher modeling. Disciplinary character was built through habits such as punctuality, lining up, and recording violations. Religious character was built through scheduled daily worship. Student achievement was measured by courage to speak, presentation skills, and literacy. All teachers responded positively, and most students showed improved discipline and politeness. Barriers included students' diverse backgrounds and lack of habituation at home. Evaluation was conducted through regular homeroom teacher meetings and violation records. This study is limited to one school, so the results cannot be generalized. Practically, schools can design more structured habituation programs, increase collaboration with parents, and strengthen the role of teachers as role models.
