The holy month of Ramadan represents a multidimensional spiritual momentum that profoundly impacts students' lives, encompassing religious, academic, social, and health dimensions. This study aims to comprehensively examine the influence of Ramadan practices on the lifestyles of students in Islamic higher education environments. Drawing on a literature review approach referencing works by academics at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang alongside relevant national and international journal articles, this study finds that Ramadan significantly enhances students' spiritual quality and self-awareness, although in some cases adjustments in study rhythms and dietary patterns require wise management. The findings also indicate that students who successfully balance religious obligations with academic responsibilities tend to exhibit greater psychological resilience. The implications of this study encourage Islamic educational institutions to design accommodative learning policies during Ramadan to holistically optimize student potential.
