Tasyri’ islam pada masa rasulullah saw: Proses pembentukan hukum islam pada periode makkah dan madinah

Abstract

    Islamic tasyri’ during the time of Prophet Muhammad SAW was the initial phase in the formation of Islamic law which later became the foundation for the development of Islamic sharia in subsequent periods. This study aims to examine the process of the formation of Islamic law during the Prophet’s era and to understand the characteristics of Islamic tasyri’ in the Meccan and Medinan periods. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach through the study of journals, books, and scientific articles related to Tarikh Tasyri’. The results of this study indicate that the formation of Islamic law during the Prophet’s period was based on the Qur’an and Sunnah and was implemented gradually according to social conditions. In the Meccan period, Islamic tasyri’ focused on strengthening faith, monotheism, and moral development. Meanwhile, during the Medinan period, Islamic law developed more broadly covering aspects of worship, social relations, politics, and criminal law. In addition, Islamic tasyri’ during the Prophet’s era was characterized by flexibility, gradual implementation, and prioritizing public benefit. Therefore, the study of Tarikh Tasyri’ is important in understanding the formation of Islamic law comprehensively and contextually.
