This study aims to analyze reputational risk management in Islamic banking and its influence on customer trust. Reputational risk is one of the most significant risks affecting the sustainability of banking operations, as it is closely related to public perception and trust. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study design, examining various sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant academic publications. The results indicate that reputational risk in Islamic banking is influenced by several factors, including service quality, compliance with Sharia principles, information transparency, public communication management, and corporate governance. Effective reputational risk management strategies include improving service quality, strengthening Sharia compliance, enhancing transparency, managing public communication, and implementing good corporate governance. The findings suggest that optimal reputational risk management can increase customer trust and loyalty while supporting the sustainability of Islamic banking institutions.
