This research seeks to examine liquidity risk in Islamic banks and its effects on financial stability from 2020 to 2024. Liquidity risk is a key risk in the banking sector, associated with banks' failure to fulfill their short-term commitments as they come due. This study utilizes a quantitative method focusing on liquidity ratios as the primary indicators, including Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and additional pertinent liquidity metrics in Islamic finance. The information utilized consists of secondary data sourced from the annual financial reports published by Islamic banks. The findings show that liquidity risk is affected by changes in third-party funding, financing allocation, and macroeconomic factors. Additionally, successful liquidity risk management approaches are shown to sustain equilibrium between profitability and financial stability.
