Tantangan dan peluang efisiensi pasar modal di era digital
Keywords:
digitalization, capital market, market efficiency, retail investors.Abstract
Digitalization has transformed Indonesia’s capital market by expanding access, accelerating transactions, and improving information transparency. While it offers significant opportunities to enhance market efficiency, it also presents challenges such as low digital literacy, cybersecurity risks, and speculative behavior among retail investors. This study employs a literature-based approach to analyze these opportunities and challenges. The findings indicate that digitalization can strengthen market efficiency when supported by adaptive regulation, robust supervision, and investor education. Thus, collaboration between regulators, market operators, and financial technology players is essential to build a stable and inclusive digital capital market.
