Implementasi akad syirkah inan dalam kerja sama usaha peternakan ayam broiler perspektif ekonomi islam : Studi pada peternak ayam broiler di kabupaten tulungagung

This study investigates how the concept of syirkah inan is applied in boiler chicken farming partnerships in Gondang District, Tulungagung. The extent to which the implementation of the syirkah inan contract in the partnership fulfills the requirements of Islamic law is the purpose of this study. This study found that there are differences between the practices that are in accordance with the ideal shirkah principles and those carried out by boiler chicken farmers who cooperate with large poultry companies. The principle of mutual agreement in the shirkah contract is compromised by the standard agreement, according to the analysis of the pillars and conditions of shirkah. This happens even though both parties have reached an agreement, as the standardized agreement prevents farmers from negotiating. In addition, capital contributions and profit sharing are unbalanced. The results show that, in this boiler chicken farming partnership, the application of syirkah inan has not been fully in accordance with sharia principles. This suggests that further research is needed on business practices that claim to be sharia-based as well as efforts to create a more equitable and sustainable cooperation model for all parties involved.
