Implementasi website sistem pendataan hafalan nadhom santri sebagai upaya digitalisasi administrasi pondok pesantren

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) are Islamic educational institutions with distinctive scholarly traditions, one of which is the study of nadhom as a medium to help students memorize the principles of Islamic knowledge through Arabic poetic verses. Traditionally, the recording of students' nadhom memorization has been carried out manually using notebooks, resulting in various challenges such as data being easily lost or damaged, difficulties in tracking memorization history, and lengthy processes for data recapitulation and report generation. This article discusses the outcomes of an internship project involving the development of a Student Nadhom Memorization Data Management System website. The website was developed through the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Its main features include student data management, nadhom memorization records, memorization progress monitoring, guardian data management, and role-based access control. The implementation results demonstrate that the system significantly accelerates the data recording process, improves data accuracy, facilitates monitoring of students' memorization progress, and supports the comprehensive digitalization of administrative processes within the Islamic boarding school.
