This study aims to examine the roan culture as a concrete manifestation of mutual cooperation Islamic values at the Pondok Pesantren Putri Nurul Furqon 4, Malang. The roan tradition, or collective work for cleanliness within the Islamic boarding school environment, functionsnot only as a physical activity to maintain cleanliness but also as a strategic tool for internalizing social and spiritual values among female students. By applying a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection was carried out through direct observation, in-depth interviews with 7 female students and boarding school administrators, questionnaires, and documentation. The results indicate that the roan tradition significantly contributes to character building through the practice of cooperation, responsibility, sincerity, and discipline. This culture successfully integrates the sociocultural value of roan with Islamic teachings on ta’awun (mutual assistance in goodness) and thaharah (cleanliness). The routine practice of roan is proven effective in counteracting modern individualism and strengthening ukhuwah Islamiyah among the students.
