Peran pendidik dalam pembinaan akhlak peserta didik di MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Bumiayu Kota Malang

Abstract

Moral education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) has a crucial role in shaping the character of students. This time we will discuss the role of educators in fostering the morals of students in MI. This study used a descriptive method by conducting interviews with educators in several MIs. Research finds that educators have a central role in fostering student morals. They set a role model for children, displaying noble behavior and good morals. The approach taken by educators is to provide real examples and involve students in social activities that strengthen moral values. In addition, educators also have a role in recognizing and dealing with moral problems of individual students. Through a personal approach, educators can identify factors that influence student behavior and provide needed guidance and support. This research also highlights the importance of collaboration between educators and parents in developing the morals of students. Open communication between the school and parents allows the exchange of information about the moral development of children.
