Abstract

Islamic contracts have been gaining popularity in recent years, especially in Muslim countries and among Muslims who want to conduct business and transactions in accordance with sharia principles. In addition, these contracts are also increasingly in demand among non-Muslims who want to conduct fair, transparent, and high-quality transaction. The purpose of this paper is to explain about sharia contracts, which are the most important component of muamalat, because they can help fulfil human needs that cannot be met by an individual without the help of others. This research method uses library research. This literature study is conducted by collecting data from literature sources such as journals, articles, and the like. The result obtained from this research are that we can find out what is discussed in a sharia contract such as the definition of a sharia contract, the subjuct and object in sharia contract, what parts are contained in a sharia contract, and how the juridical consequences in a sharia contract.
