This research aims to analyze the management of public services in improving the quality of education through a case study conducted in a private secondary school. The study focuses on understanding how public service management practices contribute to enhancing the quality of education in the specific context of private secondary schools. The qualitative research method is employed, utilizing literature review, interviews, and document analysis. Through in-depth interviews with school administrators, teachers, parents, and students, valuable insights are gained regarding the factors influencing education quality and the role of public service management. The findings from this study provide recommendations for improving the effectiveness of public service management in private secondary schools and enhancing the overall quality of education.
