Analisis konsep kecemasan dalam perspektif psikologi Islam dan psikologi modern
Keywords:

This article explains the idea of anxiety from two perspectives, namely Islamic psychology and modern psychology. Anxiety is seen in Islamic psychology as a spiritual test that deepens one's faith and relationship with God. On the other hand, anxiety is characterized in contemporary psychology as an emotional response to situations that are considered risky or negative. This method places greater emphasis on psychological elements, theory, and therapy. The study has implications for clinical practice and social well-being, enabling psychologists to treat anxiety clients holistically, addressing their spiritual, psychological, and physical needs. Furthermore, improving understanding of the notion of anxiety from an Islamic psychological point of view can help reduce the stigma associated with mental illness in the community.
