Abstract

Sclerotium rolfsii adalah jamur patogen yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit layu, busuk batang, dan rebah kecambah pada tanaman. Penggunaan agen pengendali hayati merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi penggunaan pestisida. Adapun agen pengendali hayati yang berpotensi untuk menghambat pertumbuhan Sclerotium rolfsii yaitu antagonisme dengan Trichoderma sp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui uji kualitas Trichoderma sp terhadap patogen Sclerotium rolfsii. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 3 perlakuan yaitu membiakkan Trichoderma sp. murni, Sclerotium sp. murni dan antagonisme Trichoderma sp. dengan Sclerotium sp. dengan 3 kali pengulangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Trichoderma sp. berpotensi dalam menghambat pertumbuhan fitopatogen Sclerotium sp.
