Manajemen pengendalian mutu tenaga pendidik melalui sistem informasi ketenagaan pesantren (SIKAP) di lingkungan pendidikan pesantren
Abstract
Management of quality control for teaching staff is an important step in developing the quality of human resources. Effectiveness carried out in education is an activity that can produce an impact that is precise, accurate, and consistent with the goals that have been planned. The research conducted has the aim of understanding and describing the effectiveness of quality control management for teaching staff through the Islamic Boarding School Staff Information System (SIKAP) in the Islamic boarding school education environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The techniques used for data collection include interviews, observation and documentation, by describing actual events in the field and followed by analysis. The results of the study prove that the quality control management of teaching staff through SIKAP in the Islamic boarding school education environment is of good value in improving the quality of teaching staff, as an additional welfare effort for educators from the Provincial Office of the Ministry of Religion of Religion. The Pesantren Manpower Information System called SIKAP is a teacher data collection application in Islamic boarding schools and Islamic religious education. With the SIKAP application, teaching staff in Islamic boarding schools and Islamic religious education units can easily propose assistance by fulfilling predetermined requirements. With the help of incentives, enabling educators to continue to improve their competence, in other words guaranteeing the welfare of educators will bring peace of mind in doing work that has an impact on increasing the performance of educators and improving the quality of students expelled. Likewise with the increase in the quantity of teaching staff due to welfare guarantees for teaching staff.
