Sharia law is a collection of guidelines given by Allah SWT to regulate daily life and provide safety for all people. It contains directives and restrictions that must be followed and cannot be disregarded. Taklifi law and wadh'i law are the two branches of sharia law. There are various terminology that are relevant to the debate of sharia law, including the judge, legal object, and legal subject. These three concepts are crucial to the development of sharia law.
