Kesehatan mental mahasiswa di fase quarter life crisis
Abstract
The age range of 20-30 is a group that experiences a range of issues. This is a transitional period for an individual from late adolescence to early adulthood. The Quarter Life Crisis significantly influences an individual's positive affect, life satisfaction, as well as negative affect. For students in the phase of Quarter Life Crisis, complex issues are encountered as they are not fully prepared to enter adulthood, yet the process of life continues as challenges persist. In this study, a systematic literature review (SLR) method is employed. This research method critically assesses, summarizes, and analyzes previous studies. The study adopts the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) procedure. The PRISMA procedure is conducted by searching various previous studies or literature related to mental health in students. The research findings indicate that factors such as organizational involvement, learning motivation, spirituality, religious obedience, the role of Islam, and parental influence can affect the mental health of students during the quarter-life crisis phase.
