Abstract

The country of Indonesia is one of the countries that has been hit by an outbreak of the corona virus or covid 19. In the world of education, the corona virus pandemic has greatly changed the process of implementing education. One of them is carrying out school activities online. All kinds of policies that have been established by the government are carried out in order to break and prevent the chain of spread of the corona virus. This will definitely have an impact on the educational process. The purpose of this policy is to improve the teacher's ability to manage learning activities so that they run smoothly as they should. It is hoped that this virus outbreak will not prevent teachers from carrying out the educational process. The writing of this article is to find out the extent of the competence of teachers during the corona virus pandemic that hit Indonesia.
