Buying and selling online must be able to build consumer trust. Many online shopping scams are expected to increase. This phenomenon forces buyers to be more critical in choosing a trusted online store before making a purchase decision. To get an item that suits his wishes, buyers must be able to be selective about the goods to be purchased in the purchase decision process. Product quality information is taken into consideration in buying and selling products. There are several information that becomes a reference for prospective buyers in the purchase decision process on online stores, namely store ratings, product descriptions, product photos, and others. Some of this information is considered to play an important role in the purchase decision process. Shoppers state that quality information about an online store can help them make purchasing decisions faster. Therefore, the existence of quality information will have a positive impact because it can reduce new problems that arise in the future due to nonconformities or defects in goods at the time of receipt of the product.
