Analisis dropshipping menurut perspektif hukum ekonomi Syari’ah

In the current era of technological progress, buying and selling transactions can be made easier through various methods or transaction concepts, as will be discussed in this article, namely about buying and selling transactions using the dropshipping system. This research focuses on the aim, namely to find out the terms and conditions of transactions in this system and how they relate to sharia economics, whether the law is permitted or not. This research will discuss two important points of goods, namely ribawi and non-ribawi goods, how contemporary jurisprudence views the contracts that exist in the dropshipping transaction system. Originally, the law on dropshipping transactions was not permitted or prohibited according to Islamic jurisprudence because there was an element of usury in it. It is clear that scholars agree that the law of usury is haram and selling non-ribawi goods that are not yet their property. For this reason, there needs to be a solution to solve this, namely by modifying the contract
