Abstract
Seeking knowledge in the Qur'an and hadith discusses the importance of seeking knowledge in improving one's quality of life. Seeking knowledge is considered as a way to broaden knowledge and improve skills needed in everyday life. This research method uses thematic analysis and is a literature review which is carried out by collecting data and examining the object under study. The results of this study concluded that the concept of studying provides a clear picture of the importance of studying and how education can help improve one's quality of life. Seeking knowledge from the perspective of the Koran and Hadith is considered an obligation and a way to achieve blessings and happiness in life.
