Penyebab penggunaan gadget terhadap psikologis anak
Abstract
Gadgets are media that are used as modern communication tools. Communication nowadays is very easy because of the development of technology. include smartphones, computers, notebooks and many more. Excessive use of gadgets in children can affect the social and emotional development of children. These bad impacts can include difficulty sleeping, loneliness, decreased creativity, violent behavior and so on. Limiting the use of gadgets is the right solution that can be done to prevent these bad impacts. This requires the role of parents to supervise children in using gadgets. Because using a gadget for just 2 hours can change a child's behavior. Therefore, a balanced approach between technology utilization and effective parental supervision is needed to ensure that gadgets provide benefits without negatively impacting children's development. In addition to supervision, early digital education is crucial so that children can use technology wisely and productively. Schools and social environments also play a role in shaping positive habits by creating alternative activities that stimulate social interaction, creativity, and motor skills in children. Therefore, collaboration between families, educators, and the community is key to guiding gadget use to support optimal child development, including cognitive, social, and emotional aspects.
