Abstract

This research discusses a comparison of the strategic plans of three conventional banks in Indonesia, namely Bank BNI, Bank BRI, and Bank Mandiri. Banks have an important role in the economy, including providing credit, controlling economic growth, and having an impact on economic balance. Strategic plans are the key to achieving company goals. This research uses scientific methods and a qualitative approach to analyze the strategic plans of these banks. The results of the analysis show differences and similarities in the three banks' strategic plans, with a focus on financial, product and service, human resources and environmental aspects. In addition, digital technology is an important element in their strategic plans. This analysis focuses on strategy and business planning in maintaining bank stability in an ever-growing market. This research provides insight into how conventional banks in Indonesia design their strategic plans to achieve goals and adapt to changes in the dynamic business environment.
