Abstract
Psychosomatic disorder is a condition in which physical complaints arise without clear medical causes, influenced by thoughts and emotions. This article explains that psychosomatic disorders are triggered by persistent negative thoughts and emotions, leading to stress and anxiety. Risk factors include difficulty in self-expression, experiences of sexual abuse, unhealthy lifestyle, and others. Symptoms include body aches, headaches, fatigue, and more. Treatment involves psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, medication, and a healthy lifestyle. Psychosomatics is a mental disorder that requires holistic management to alleviate physical symptoms and address its psychological causes.
