Upaya guru dalam membangun karekter disiplin dan tanggung jawab siswa di MTs Al-Maarif 01 Singosari Malang
Abstract
The role of teachers at Mts Al Maarif 01 Singosari in instilling the character of discipline and responsibility in students is an important key in forming their personality and morality. This research aims to review in detail the efforts made by teachers in creating a learning environment that encourages the development of students' disciplined character and responsibility. Through a comprehensive literature review, as well as exploring various strategies, methods and approaches used by teachers to achieve these goals. Apart from that, we also discuss the importance of parental involvement in supporting teachers' efforts to instill discipline and responsibility in students outside the school environment. It is hoped that the findings from this can provide practical guidance for teachers and related parties in designing effective strategies to strengthen student character in terms of discipline and responsibility at school.
