Risk management is an approach to minimizing risks that occur in the company. With risk management, it is hoped that you will be able to control risks that will occur. The purpose of the article is to analyze BMT, if a risk occurs then it will use risk management. Data obtained from descriptive data. The analysis used is analyzing the BMT then what risks occur and then using risk management to overcome the risks in the BMT.
