Tata Kelola Manajemen Risiko: Strategi Terbaik untuk Mengoptimalkan Keberlanjutan, Kinerja Operasional, dan Pertumbuhan Organisasi
Abstract
Governance of Risk Management (TKMR) has become a fundamental approach to managing risk in modern organisations. This article discusses the importance of sustainability integration in KMR as a strategy to optimise sustainability, operational performance, and organisational growth. Sustainability integration enables organisations to identify environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG)-related risks and take proactive measures to manage their impacts. Using literature review and case studies, this article analyses the basic principles of effective TKMR, identifies the benefits of sustainability integration in TKMR, and explores the challenges and solutions in implementing it.
