Meningkatkan kualitas belajar dengan membangun kedisiplinan siswa di MTsN 7 Malang
Abstract
This article aims to explore efforts to improve the quality of learning at MTsN 7 Malang through developing student discipline in three key aspects: obeying school regulations, wearing uniforms, and completing assignments on time. Student discipline has an important role in forming a conducive and productive learning environment. Through an in-depth analysis of student discipline at the school, this article identifies the factors that influence student discipline, the strategies used to improve it, and their impact on the quality of learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview and document analysis techniques to collect relevant data. The findings of this research show that student discipline in obeying school rules, wearing uniforms, and completing assignments on time has a significant relationship with academic achievement and a harmonious learning atmosphere. The implications of this research provide valuable insight for schools, teachers, parents and students to continue to improve student discipline in order to create a better learning environment at MTsN 7 Malang.
