Manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi risiko operasional perbankan syariah
Abstract
Risk management is the key to maintaining the stability of Sharia banking, one of which is operational risk management. One effort that can be made to reduce operational risks in human resource management (HR). Challenges related to human resources in these institutions can hinder the achievement of quality services and even pose risks with the potential to reduce public interest in Sharia banking. By paying attention to the quality and competency of human resources, Islamic banking can reduce potential operational risks and strengthen its foundations in competitive financial markets. Human resources (HR) is intellectual capital that is based on the contribution of thinking, knowledge, creativity, and individual decision-making abilities in the organization. Improving the quality of human resources is a major factor in ensuring the success and continuity of Sharia banking operations, as well as helping in mitigating risks. Improving human resources will not only improve overall company performance but will also strengthen the position of Islamic financial institutions in the financial industry more broadly
