Pengaruh sikap kasih sayang guru terhadap perilaku siswa berbudi pekerti dan hasil belajar siswa di SMPI Annuriyah Kota Malang
Abstract
This research aims to investigate the influence of teachers' affectionate attitudes on student behavior and student learning outcomes at SMPI Annuriyah. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to SMPI Annuriyah students. The research sample consisted of students from various grade levels. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and regression analysis to test the relationship between the variables studied.
The results of the research show that the teacher's loving attitude has a significant influence on students' virtuous behavior. Teachers who show a high level of affection tend to influence students to show better behavior in the aspect of character. Apart from that, the results of the analysis also found that the teacher's loving attitude had a significant positive influence on student learning outcomes. Teachers who show high affection for students tend to improve their learning outcomes. These findings highlight the important role of teachers in shaping students' behavior and their learning outcomes through the loving attitudes they demonstrate. The implication of this research is the need for greater attention to interpersonal relationships between teachers and students in educational contexts, as well as the importance of strengthening attitudes of compassion as a key aspect in effective teaching practice.
