Peran guru SMP Islam Bani Hasyim dalam menanamkan kedisiplinan dan moral siswa di sekolah
Abstract
The teacher's role cannot be separated from discipline, especially in shaping the disciplinary character and attitudes or morality of students, so the role needs to be correct and appropriate to the students' conditions. The teacher's role includes: educating, guiding, training, advising, reforming, being a model and role model. This research aims to describe how teachers at Bani Hasyim Islamic Middle School improve their students' discipline and morality. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a data collection methodology of interviews, observations and documents. The results of this research show that Bani Hasyim Islamic Middle School teachers have implemented several programs to foster and instill school discipline and morality.
