Upaya membangun keprofesionalan guru menjadi guru profesional
Abstract
Professional teachers are teachers who have good pedagogical, personality, social and professional skills. Professional teachers need acceptable confidence and abilities to be considered worthy of carrying out their duties. Professional teachers in the world of education have an important role, because whether students are successful or not in the world of education depends on the teacher's treatment. Several efforts can be made to improve a teacher's professionalism, providing guidance to teachers, providing supervision, providing opportunities for teachers to continue their education, conducting inter-school visits, and holding upgrading courses. By carrying out these efforts, it is hoped that teachers will be able to increase their professionalism so that they become professional teachers.
