Abstract
Building public trust in Islamic bank management is crucial for the growth of this industry. Implementing good governance, operational transparency, and innovation in Sharia-compliant products are essential factors in attracting customers. Additionally, improving Sharia financial literacy, supportive regulations, and effective risk management also play a vital role in strengthening trust. This article also emphasizes the social role of Islamic banks in promoting sustainable and inclusive economic development. By fostering strong trust, Islamic banks can expand their reach and make a positive contribution to society.
