Analisis Maslahah Mursalah Al-Ghazali
Terhadap mentoring Poligami oleh Coach Hafidhin
Abstract
Polygamous marriage is now still a phenomenal issue among the public, the practice of polygamous marriage is widely publicized to the public through social media. One of the people who became polygamy activists in Indonesia was coach Hafidin. Coach Hafidin established his polygamy mentoring classes on a paid basis. There is a controversy carried out by coach Hafidin, namely regarding the doctrines given through his polygamy mentoring class. This study aims to provide an insight to the community and describe the polygamy mentoring carried out by coach Hafidin whether it contains benefits or not. This research uses juridical-normative with a focus on mentoring polygamy coach Hafidin. The results showed that this polygamous mentoring still cannot be said to contain a benefit for the community at large. Because in this polygamy mentoring, the statements made are not not in accordance with Islamic law and did not meet the conditions given by al-Ghazali in the use of the maslahah mursalah.
