Implementasi supervisi berbasis observasi kelas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di MTsN 2 kota Kediri
Abstract
Class observation-based educational supervision plays an important role in improving the quality of learning in MTsN 2 Kediri City. Through observation, supervisors can identify the strengths and weaknesses of teachers' teaching practices, as well as provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. This helps teachers develop teaching skills, manage the classroom, and create a conducive learning environment for students in MTsN 2 Kediri City. This supervision also supports teachers' ongoing professional development, helps them understand classroom dynamics, and involves active student participation. Research shows that supervision based on regular classroom observations and accompanied by constructive feedback can improve the quality of teacher-student interactions in secondary education. Successful implementation requires competent supervisors, a conducive school climate, and appropriate follow-up from the school.
