Dilema antara bahagia dan depresi sebagai mahasiswa arsitektur Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang
Abstract
The academic journey is challenging for architecture students, especially at the State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, where they are faced with a heavy academic load and a unique campus environment, including intensive language programs and life in a dormitory. The dilemma between happiness and depression often arises, especially with high academic pressure. Depression can affect many aspects of a student's life, including academic performance and personal well-being. There are several strategies to overcome depression. In contrast, happiness has a significant positive impact. It is important for architecture students to seek a balance between academic demands and personal well-being and evaluate courses to support their mental health and happiness.
