Pendidikan karakter dan parenting terhadap keluarga
Abstract
One of the most successful caliphs during the Umayyad period was Umar bin Abdul Aziz. He made his people prosperous and prosperous, so that with his glory, the people were reluctant and admired him. His busyness in managing the government did not make him neglect in providing character education to the family, especially to his wife and children. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of prophetic leadership of Umar bin Abdul Aziz and describe the concept of family character education of Umar bin Abdul Aziz. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, so it requires in-depth analysis during research and in an effort to find research results as well as a comprehensive and systematic description. While the data collection uses literature studies, namely by reading, examining and understanding the literature of books, articles and journals that are used as references in research and recording the data obtained consistently and systematically. The results of the study, Umar bin Abdul Aziz is an inspirational figure and role model in the field of government and in fostering the family. His character is highly respected by his people, thus making the people live prosperous and prosperous. His success in leading Muslims was even aligned with the Khulafaur Rashidin period. In the realm of family, Umar bin Abdul Aziz was not negligent, even though he was busy with state affairs, so he managed to educate his wife and children to have a simple character.
