Analisis dokumen rencana strategis dalam pengembangan pendidikan MAN Kota Batu tahun 2020-2024
Abstract
One way to improve and build human resources is to improve education. School management is needed to achieve the goals and functions of education. This can be achieved through the implementation of school or madrasah-based management. School management includes management of educational processes to achieve short, medium and long term goals. Government Regulation Number 19 of 2001 establishes national standards for education, including graduate competency, content, processes, educators and education personnel, facilities and infrastructure, management, education financing standards, and education assessment. Schools must also meet the Minimum Service Standards (SPM), which consist of several principles including: suitability, availability, affordability, sustainability, measurability and target accuracy. SPM is intended to improve the quality of education. Based on school or madrasa-based management, schools do several things, such as: finding real challenges; determine the school's vision, mission, goals and objectives; and analyze the advantages and disadvantages.
