This study aims to explore the role of student organizations in the development of soft skills among students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang (UIN Malang). The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with student organization members and document analysis. The results show that student organizations play a crucial role in the development of various soft skills, including leadership, communication, teamwork, and time management. Active participation in student organizations provides valuable practical experiences that cannot be obtained in the classroom. This study suggests that universities should support more student organization activities to enhance students' soft skill development.
