Mental health is an important yet often overlooked issue in modern society. The pressures of life, social challenges, and lack of spiritual strengthening can lead to mental disorders such as stress, depression, and anxiety. And in the Quran mental illnesses such as riya', emotion, negligence, anxiety, frustration, greed, 'ujub, delusion and envy. Looking at today, many children, teenagers and adults see themselves as too weak with the pressures of life. This study explores the Quranic approach to improving mental health. By referring to Quranic verses, this study offers an Islamic perspective in addressing mental health issues. The study analyzes key concepts in the Quran related to mental health, such as patience (sabr), gratitude (shukr), tawakkal (trust in Allah), repentance, and dhikr (remembrance of Allah).
