Abstract
The legal framework governing the status, rights, and legal ramifications of adopted children under civil law is examined in this article. This study attempts to clarify the rights and obligations that are inherent in the connection between adopted children and their adoptive parents by looking at the complex intricacies of adoption within the framework of civil law and Islamic Law. The text delves into the legal ramifications of adoption, elucidating the intricate process of ascertaining the legal standing of adopted children in civil law jurisdictions. This article contributes to a fuller understanding of this area of civil law by providing insightful analysis of the legal framework governing adopted children's rights and duties.
