Hubungan antara agama dengan sosial dan budaya
Abstract
The relationship between religion and social culture is an important concept in understanding societal dynamics. In this context, religion and culture influence each other and shape patterns of behavior, norms, and values in daily life. This study employs a library research method to investigate the relationship between religion and social culture by referring to various relevant literature. Religion, as a system of belief, and culture, as the result of human creativity, cannot be distinctly separated as they are interrelated and impact each other. Various approaches, such as adaptation, neutralization, minimization, and amputation, are used in the process of cultural and religious acculturation in society. Despite fundamental differences, religion and culture continue to interact and shape social identity and behavior. Understanding the complexity of this relationship is crucial for managing cultural and religious diversity in society harmoniously and wisely.
