Towards Society 5.0, advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Automation, Big Data, and the Internet of Things become its hallmark. The concept of Society 5.0 illustrates an increasing dependency of humans on technology. Digital businesses rely on technology for their operations and grow alongside the continuous advancements in technology, driving various aspects of life to transition to the digital realm. One of the most common examples of digital businesses is e-commerce. This research utilizes a conceptual approach, drawing from relevant contemporary literature to meet research needs. With the emergence of the Society 5.0 concept, digital businesses have the opportunity to grow and innovate more rapidly. The Society 5.0 era brings both opportunities and challenges for digital business actors in maintaining and developing their ventures. Digital businesses have the opportunity to expand their marketing reach both locally and globally. Effective business strategies are crucial in facing the Society 5.0 era to mitigate risks and ensure sustainable growth for digital businesses. The Society 5.0 era brings many benefits, conveniences, and efficiencies in fulfilling human needs. Continuous innovation is essential, and society needs to adapt to these changes. Business actors must keep up with technological advancements and have a deep understanding of them. This is important as they need to continuously innovate and devise appropriate strategies to avoid falling behind their competitors, ensuring sustainable growth for their digital businesses.
