Integritas dan tanggung jawab moral pendidik dalam pendidikan Islam
Abstract
It is important for educators to shape students' characters in accordance with Islamic teachings. They are morally responsible for guiding and directing students. A code of ethics is an important foundation for educators to do their work with ethics and courage. In Islam, teachers are seen as bearers of knowledge who are blessed to share their knowledge and experience. In addition, teachers have the right to receive all rewards and financial compensation in recognition of their work in educating the next generation. Overall, the duties of teachers in Islamic education are not just limited to providing students with knowledge. Teachers are also responsible for building the morals, character, and personality of students so that they can become people who are beneficial to society in accordance with Islamic values.
