Dampak E-Government terhadap pembentukan kebijakan publik di Indonesia
Perspektif hukum tata negara
Abstract
Information technology is now an important part of everyday life, from government administration to policymaking. The study aims to study how information technology affects transparency, public participation, and efficiency of legislative and executive processes in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative library analysis with the analysis of the literature required for research. Primary data is a reference to E-Government, as well as secondary data to references that do not specifically address E-government. Data is collected in the form of orientation and exploration methods. Subsequently, the data is analyzed using inductive and deductive techniques. The results show that information technology can improve public access and participation in policymaking, as well as accelerate decision-making processes. But the study also identifies challenges that need to be addressed, such as data security, privacy, and digital gaps. These findings show the need for a regulatory framework that is adaptable and responsive to technological developments to ensure that the integration of information technology into public policy processes can take place efficiently and effectively. We hope the findings of this research can contribute to the development of the theory and practice of statehood law in the digital age.
